CNC Turning and Milling Department
All details are produced in-house with
large capacity for producing both soft
and hard materials. Six CNC turning
Centers run 24 hrs. per day. Two of
the lathes are equipped with live
turrets to perform secondary
milling in one set-up.

Grinding Department
When close tolerances and fine
finishes are required, Acme Carbide provides a complete line of I.D.O.D. automatic surface grinders, rotary
surface grinders and center-less
grinders . . . you will find us fully
prepared to meet the demands
you place on us.
EDM Department
We are capable of wire cutting 4 axis shapes or 4 axis milling of electrodes
for our "Sinker" type E.D.M.
All electrodes are manufactured
in-house utilizing 4 axis CNC machining Gladwin plant II houses a compliment
of 9 sinker type EDM machines.
Finishing
Acme experienced finishing
department is capable of producing whatever surface finish is required
for any contour. From machined
finishes to mirror finishes . . .
We can give you what you want.

Acme Carbide Die is ISO 9001 : 2000
Certified and has complete inspection
facilities on site. Ziess Prismo Vast Coordinate measuring machine capable
of producing hard dimensions of the
most complex contour.
